How do I see my internship?
There are two places where you can see which activities you are to carry out during your intership. If your internship is currently active, your internship palcement will be present from the front page.
If your placement has yet to begin or is already finished, you can find the placements elsewhere.

How do I add staff to our placement?
As an internship place administrator, you can add staff to your internship place in Praktikportalen.

Why can't I see my students from the front page?
If the students who you are going to guide during their internship, are not present from the front page, it can be because their intership period has yet to start in Praktikportalen. It is only the current students on active periods, who are present from the front page.

How do I log on to Praktikportalen?
Praktikportalen is an online portal for administrating practical placements/interships during one's progamme on all university cooleges in Denmark.
Go to www.ucpraktikportal.dk to log on.

How do I change my settings to only get one daily summarizing email?
When you are in internship, you will get notified when you have to i.e. upload documents, have meetings with your cuonsellor and alike. During these periods you may get a lot of notifications, and so you can change your settings so that you only get a daily summerizing mail, instead of a mail per notification.

How do I communicate with my internship teacher and placement counsellor?
As a student you can not send messages directly via Praktikportalen. In stead you have access to a couple of dialouge forums.
The first kind of dialouge forum gives you access to communicate with students and teachers from all education programmes and university colleges in Denmark.
The other two forms of dialouge forums are the ones which will be described here. In these forums, it is only you, your counsellors and teachers, who have access to these forums.
